￥300 OFF Fan Cover Submarine Mystic Black Outlet

This product is the 90Φ Fan Cover Submarine in Mystic Black.
It is made from standard TPU with a Shore hardness of 95A.
It is offered at an outlet price due to minor dots visible on the printed surface.
Functionally, it is no different from a standard product.
Use it for rain and sun protection.

This is an evolved version of the Full Cover Round released last year.
It has been made thicker, stronger, and larger.
I personally use it attached to my Burtle Aircraft fan cover on construction sites, but it can also be attached to the flat fans of Kuucho Fuhjin Club apparel.
Recently, many people have been using it for outdoor activities like fishing and camping, as well as for airsoft games, where it helps prevent entanglement with branches and BB pellets.
Last year, I saw someone riding a motorcycle wearing an air-conditioned uniform. I wondered if attaching this fan cover upside down would create an air intake, making it even cooler. Of course, attaching it in the normal orientation also provides protection against unexpected rain.

Similar products are sold by Kuucho Fuhjin Club Co., Ltd., but they require modification for Burtle Aircraft fans. Therefore, this product was made using soft TPU material with a 3D printer.

TPU is extremely resistant to stretching, so it will not tear if caught on something.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, the back surface where support material was attached may be partially rough, and there may be other areas where layer lines and support material marks are noticeable. Please understand that this is typical for items made with FDM 3D printers.
As this is a hobby project made by an individual after work, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor imperfections.
We would like to offer this to those who do not mind these characteristics.

*Addendum: When wearing a raincoat with this attached, the fan does not get sucked into the raincoat, allowing for some airflow and comfort.

*Fan unit not included.
