This is a SILVER ARROW spatula for confectionery use, also used by professionals.
Silver Arrow products are available for sale online, but shipping costs seem to be high.
Inexpensive spatulas are stiff and do not bend well, but this one has a good balance of flexibility and stiffness, making it easy to spread and apply cream for decorated cakes.
The total length is 30.5 cm, the blade length is 18 cm, and it is a size 7.
An initial was engraved on the lower part, so it has been sanded down. It is shallow, so I don't think it's very noticeable.
The wooden handle is non-slip and easy to use.
As a bonus, I will include a Japanese-made stainless steel cake server.
