[How to Use Amla]
Method 1: Mix amla into your henna paste and use as a regular treatment.
(When mixing, aim for about 10% of the powder used for the paste. Mixing too much may result in a lighter color after dyeing.)

Method 2: Mix amla with hot water to create a paste, apply to your entire hair, leave for a few minutes, and rinse thoroughly.
