This rug features a blend of cotton and jute, offering a crisp and refreshing feel underfoot. The densely woven ripple-like loop pile creates a textured, bumpy surface that is comfortable to step on. The back is treated with an anti-slip finish and the product's weight helps prevent it from curling or shifting. Waste generated during the jute fiber production process is biodegradable and does not release harmful substances when incinerated.

Precautions:
Upon opening, you may notice some fold creases or curling due to packaging. These will gradually disappear with use and washing. A slight odor may be present upon opening. If bothersome, please wash and air dry in the shade. Due to the use of plant fibers, pilling may occur. If this happens, trim with scissors. This product is made by embedding yarn into the base fabric, so pulling the pile may cause it to come loose. If this occurs, trim with scissors. During the initial washes, some color may fade and loose fibers may appear. Please wash separately (using a laundry net), reshape, and air dry in the shade. Avoid using fabric softeners or detergents containing fabric softeners, as they can reduce absorbency and may cause the pile to come loose. Do not use bleach or tumble dry. Due to the nature of the dyes, slight color changes may occur during washing, and color may transfer to other items. Please be aware that color may also transfer due to friction, and if the item is wet and rubbed against other materials, color transfer may occur. If color transfer happens, please wash immediately. While the back has an anti-slip treatment, its effectiveness may gradually decrease with repeated use and washing. Exposure of the back to direct sunlight may degrade the anti-slip treatment. If using underfloor heating or in areas that become hot, or if water or oil is present on the floor, the back material may adhere to the floor. Please ensure the floor is thoroughly wiped clean before use. If the back material adheres to the floor, it can be removed by soaking a cloth in lukewarm water and rubbing. To prevent color transfer or discoloration of the floor, please move the rug periodically (approximately once a week).
