This Ajillo product is made from 5-7 year old Lonti rattan, originating from Indonesia.
Rattan has been valued for many years as a material for comfortable summer living.
The intricate Ajillo weave, which takes 3 weeks to weave a 6-tatami mat size, creates a sense of luxury and coolness with its unique pattern.
It is cool, supple, and very pleasant to the touch. Made entirely of rattan, this is an exceptional item that can be used for a very long time.
It will gradually change to a beautiful amber color with use.
As it is a natural material, there may be some color variations, small scuffs, and signs of use, but there is no major damage, and it is still in usable condition.
