Description

These are seed yams from Tanba, delicious when grated.
I received them from a farmer but have extras, so I'm listing them for sale.
Please check the images for size and weight.
To plant, cut the seed yam into pieces of about 50-100g each. To prevent rot, either dry the cut surfaces or dust them with lime before planting. I expect to get 5-6 seed yams from one original yam.
Harvest after the autumn vines have completely withered. Grated yam with barley rice is delicious.
