This is a bare-root seedling of Shirome Daikichi. Approximately 10 plants. We will carefully remove the soil and ship them with moisture retention after receiving your order.
The sprouts have already emerged in the soil, so there will be no failure in planting.
Shirome Daikichi (shiro-me dai-kichi) is a high-quality taro variety known for its sticky, soft texture and resistance to breaking apart when cooked. It is characterized by its white, fine-grained flesh and is well-suited for dishes like oden, simmered dishes, and tonjiru. Both the mother and daughter tubers are edible. It is also known for being easy to cultivate and yielding a large harvest.
Please note that we are not responsible for wilting or damage during transportation. If the leaves do not fit in the box, we may bend or cut them. New leaves will grow, so it will be fine.
