We have been independently cross-breeding and hybridizing potatoes since starting our farm in 2004.
They are incredibly delicious and have been well-received by many people at restaurants, direct sales stores, and more for 22 years now.

We cultivate these vegetables with care and love every day,

They are popular for their unique flavor, a characteristic of natural cultivation.

All weeding is done by hand, not with herbicides. No preservatives are used after harvesting.

We carefully handle and pack each item before shipping after receiving an order.

Please understand that drying, mold, scratches, or damage during delivery may occur. As we ship from a cold region, these plants are very sensitive to temperature changes.

We do not keep stock.

*Tips for Planting*
Cutting large potatoes in half to plant can sometimes lead to rot and planting failure.
Smaller potatoes are more suitable as seed potatoes and grow stronger. Therefore, we sell them in carefully selected sizes that can be planted whole without cutting.
The sprouts currently visible are the first sprouts. When planting, if you remove these sprouts, new ones will emerge successively, so please don't worry. This also reduces the effort of thinning sprouts after planting. Once the sprouts grow larger, hill soil around them, and you can expect to harvest in about 100 days.
