Okawakame (Sea Tangle)

When planted in the ground, the seed tubers tend to grow larger, and it spreads abundantly through its rhizomes.

It can be used as a substitute for green onions in miso soup.
You can also quickly boil it and eat it with ponzu sauce.
If you attach a 100-yen shop net, it will grow upwards. It's very useful to have.
It's not often found in markets, so I highly recommend it.

I fertilize with rice washing water and natural fertilizers.
I grow it for my own enjoyment.
I am not a professional vendor, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive.
