【Established Ise-Oto】Katsuobushi Shaver Plane (Kanna) with Engraving | Free Blade Sharpening Available at Our Store!

This is a bonito flake shaver from Iseoto, a specialty bonito flake shop.
It's perfect for those who want to enjoy the authentic aroma and taste of freshly shaved bonito flakes at home.

■ The biggest advantage of this product
The planer blade of this shaver is engraved with the Iseoto mark.
When you bring your bonito flakes to an Iseoto store and purchase bonito flakes, you receive a generous after-sales service unique to this long-established shop: **free blade sharpening**.
Even beginners who are worried that adjusting the blade seems difficult can use this as a lifelong tool while receiving professional maintenance.

■ Product Condition
? Usage Frequency: Used only for shaving 2 blocks of Honkare bonito flakes. Stored at home.
? Exterior: There are some minor scuffs on the planer blade due to use, but no cracks, and it is in good condition.
The bonito flake receiving compartment fits snugly, making it a bit difficult to pull out. However, this tight fit is by design, preventing debris other than shaved bonito flakes from entering, making it ideal.

? Blade Condition: It can shave as is, but we recommend having it sharpened at the store if you are concerned.
*Please check the condition carefully in the photos.
