Seedlings with some leaf burn, insect damage, dirt, or chips may be included.

Seedlings planted in pots will be removed from the pots, and those in the field will be dug up, kept moist, and sent via anonymous shipping.

Jerusalem artichokes bloom with yellow flowers and produce tubers. Photos 2 and 3 show the blooming state. They grow to about 2 meters tall.

Last year, I planted them for the first time, and one plant yielded a large amount of tubers.

Photo 4 is an example of harvested tubers.
They can be eaten raw, stir-fried, or made into tempura.

Please be aware of allergies.

Recycled materials will be used for packaging.
