We have been independently cross-breeding and hybridizing potatoes since starting our farm in 2004.
They are incredibly delicious and have been well-received by many, including numerous restaurants and direct sales outlets. This year marks our 22nd year.

We cultivate these vegetables with care and love every day,
so that children can eat them with peace of mind,
working in harmony with nature.

They are popular for their unique flavor, a characteristic of natural cultivation.

Weeding is done entirely by hand, not with herbicides. No preservatives are used after harvesting.

Please store in a well-ventilated, cool, and dark place.

Upon receiving an order, each potato is carefully handled and packed before shipping.

Please understand that drying, mold, scratches, or damage during delivery may occur. As we ship from a cold region, these plants are very sensitive to temperature changes.

We do not keep stock.

While these are seed potatoes, they are also very delicious for consumption.

*Tips for Planting*
Cutting large potatoes in half before planting can lead to rot and planting failure.
Smaller potatoes are ideal as seed potatoes and grow stronger. Therefore, we sell them in carefully selected sizes that can be planted whole without cutting.
The sprouts currently visible are the first sprouts. When planting, you can remove these sprouts (me-kaki) to encourage new sprouts to emerge continuously, so please don't worry. This also reduces the effort of sprout removal after planting. Once the sprouts grow larger, mound soil around them, and you can expect to harvest in about 100 days.
