Description
Thank you for looking.
This is a wooden katsuobushi (bonito flakes) shaver that was found in my family's storehouse.
It has been stored for a long time, unused and in new condition.
Freshly shaved katsuobushi has an exceptional aroma and will make your everyday miso soup and dishes even more delicious. Why not enjoy authentic dashi broth at home? It's also recommended for children's food education.
The warm wooden design has a Showa retro atmosphere and will be a beautiful addition to your kitchen just by being there.
[Condition]
- New and unused.
- Due to long-term storage, the outer box shows signs of age-related scratches and dirt. (Please check the photos.)
- Although unused, there is rust on the blade. (See photos 2 and 3.)
We recommend sharpening the rust before use. It will be sold as-is, so please only purchase if you understand this.
