Wooden Bonito Flakes Shaver - Mini

This is a mini-sized wooden katsuobushi (bonito flakes) shaver.
I received it from a friend several years ago, but I'm offering it because I don't use it.
It has never been used, but it has been stored at home for a long time, so I've listed it as near unused.
When I opened it to inspect it for listing, I found a total of 3 spots that looked like rust on the blade. Please check photos 8 and 9.
Everything in the photos is included.
Shaver dimensions: (Length) 12cm x (Width) 5.5cm x (Height) 6.5cm
I believe it's a small and very easy-to-use size.
