If the roots have spread too much, we may trim them slightly for packaging purposes.
This is grown by an amateur as a hobby, using pesticide-free cultivation.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection or are sensitive.

We primarily use recycled materials for packaging.
We will ship as a bare-root plant via the 4th class mail service. Pots and soil are not included.

We generally ship via 4th class mail on Sundays to Tuesdays. There is no tracking or insurance. (If you are in a nearby prefecture, we may ship on Wednesdays.)
*Items purchased by Monday can be shipped on Tuesday, but items purchased on Tuesday may not be shipped on the same day. In that case, they will be shipped on Sunday, so please understand.

You can upgrade to express shipping for an additional 350 yen.
If you wish to do so, please let us know in the comments before purchasing.

Shipping will be from Ibaraki Prefecture.
We do not offer compensation for loss, non-arrival, wilting due to heat, or cold damage during shipping.
There is a possibility of leaves breaking or being crushed during delivery. Please only purchase if you understand and accept this.

Depending on the timing of shipment, the height, shape, and size of the plant may change. Also, as it is a living plant, there may be some wilting or minor scratches. We will confirm the condition each time, and you will be able to make a purchase after you are satisfied. Please understand this in advance. If you would like to check the latest condition, please feel free to comment.

For seedlings that have been listed for over a month, please comment. As they are living things, their condition may have changed, and we may cancel the order.

We will change the price from time to time based on the growth of the plant.

We cannot determine whether wilting due to heat or the effects of bad weather have occurred. Please make your own judgment.
If you are in a distant location or if delivery will take several days, please consider carefully.

We will accept bundle requests as much as possible, but we cannot accept requests for excessive discounts.
Also, for bundle requests, we cannot contact you at all, and if we want to contact you about the condition of the product, we cannot. Even if we do not accept your bundle request, if you let us know in the comments, we may be able to offer an alternative item or a discount, so please contact us via comments.

*If the product does not arrive, you can get more details by contacting the post office directly in charge of delivery. Please check with them.
