These are rotating fittings (aluminum) that can be used with post-installed SEF.
Depending on the holders and tools you use, some may swing too much.
It can also be used for tool pouches by using two belt loops, a chain, and two fittings.

M5 L20 countersunk screws, washers, and nylon nuts are included. When using M5, the screw protrusion from the fitting is 10mm.
