■ How to Choose Your Size
To accurately measure your health data, it's important that the ring fits properly.
The correct size is one that doesn't move or rotate on your finger during prolonged wear, but isn't too tight.
Since the SOXAI RING has a different sizing feel than typical fashion rings, we recommend using the sizing kit to find your size before purchasing the actual ring.
■ Choosing Which Finger to Wear It On
The SOXAI RING can be worn on either hand.
Wear it on any finger you like, except your thumb.
If the base of your finger is larger than the knuckle, we recommend choosing a size based on the base of your finger, rather than the knuckle.
*Please note that the outer diameter of the sizing rings differs in shape and thickness from the actual ring.
■ Checking the Ring's Orientation
The SOXAI RING should be worn with the LED sensor on the inside of the ring facing the pad of your finger (palm side).
For more accurate size measurement, please wear the sizing ring with the sensor protrusion on the inside facing the pad of your finger (palm side).
■ Checking the Fit
Choose a size for the sizing ring that fits snugly at the base of your finger without feeling uncomfortable.
Finger size can change depending on your environment and time of day, so we recommend wearing it for over 24 hours to confirm the appropriate size.
Your fingers tend to swell slightly in the morning, so wearing it overnight will help you determine a more accurate size.
It should also be a size that you can remove with a little twisting motion using soap and water.
■ Purchasing the SOXAI RING
Once you've determined your size, choose your color and purchase the SOXAI RING.
■ If You're Unsure About Sizing
We recommend choosing the smaller size for the following two reasons:
- Sizing rings are made of plastic and can adhere closely to your finger, making the actual SOXAI RING feel looser than expected.
- It's important for the ring's sensors to be in constant contact with your skin. A ring that fits snugly on your finger pad will improve measurement accuracy.
