[What is Nail-Pressing Therapy?]
There are acupoints at the base of the nails that stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. By stimulating these points, you can activate the parasympathetic nervous system. In modern society's lifestyle and rhythm, the autonomic nervous system tends to be dominated by the sympathetic nervous system. However, by incorporating nail-pressing therapy, you can balance your autonomic nervous system, which is expected to greatly help reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Nail-pressing therapy is also said to be very effective for overall health. The health benefits you can expect vary depending on the finger.

[How to Use]
Roll the ring back and forth at the base of your nails (slightly above the first joint) for about 20 seconds each time. We recommend doing this 1-2 times a day, every day. (If you feel a little pain, reduce the time.)

*Please avoid the ring finger, as it stimulates acupoints of the sympathetic nervous system.

◉Sympathetic Nervous System: The nervous system that works during stress or physical activity.
