Provides waterproofing by following substrate cracks due to its elastic properties. Can be used as the main material for JIS A 6909 Flexible Refurbishment Coating RE and Waterproof Multi-layer Coating RE.
Maintains crack-following ability for a long period. Not only maintains aesthetics but also suppresses carbonation, contributing to building protection.
Adheres strongly to the substrate. Excellent adhesion to various existing coatings and topcoats. (Formulated with epoxy-containing special reaction-cured resin emulsion)
Has moisture permeability. Suppresses internal condensation, mold growth, and frost damage.
Excellent workability. Excellent workability with rollers.
A higher-class finish. The coating surface is smooth and fine (Silk Face Mechanism), enhancing the finish of the topcoat.
