These were purchased to use my flooring as a Japanese-style room, costing approximately ￥10,000 per mat, for a total of around ￥60,000. They were laid down for about a year, but due to a move, they have since been stored in a trunk room.

Since there are 6 mats of the same size, you can use them in various combinations depending on how you arrange them.

When laid with alternating directions of the weave, they appear as a checkered pattern depending on the light. Borderless tatami mats complement both Japanese and Western-style interiors beautifully. (Photo 1)

You can also arrange them in a simple way, all facing the same direction. (Photo 2)

Create a relaxing tatami space by simply arranging them on your flooring in a corner of your living room, bedroom, or as a play area for children.

The back is made of felt material, so they won't slip when placed on flooring. (Photo 4)

They were laid in a guest room that was not used frequently, so they are in relatively good condition. However, as they have been stored for a long time, there may be some age-related deterioration, as well as some scratches and sun fading. Please examine the photos carefully before considering your purchase.

We appreciate your understanding of this being a used item.
