Meat Press Square Griddle Plate
Used to press down ingredients on the griddle. In teppanyaki, it is used to cook ingredients while keeping them flat and to ensure even cooking.
Griddle part: 18cm vertical, 13.5cm horizontal. Please subtract slightly from the size as the corners are beveled.
The bottom and sides of the pressing area may have scuffs and scratches (the pressing surface is overlaid), but there are no processing issues.
The upper side has a surface treatment, with some peeling or lifting of the plating. We believe it is within acceptable limits, but please judge from the photos.
Steak, Okonomiyaki, etc.
This is a used item, but it is usable.
There are scratches, dirt, and light rust. If you don't mind, we believe it can still be used sufficiently.
Ships via Takkyubin 60 size.
A meat press is a cooking utensil (meat press, bacon press) used when cooking steaks, hamburgers, etc., to press the meat onto the griddle for even cooking or to achieve a crispy skin. Uses: When grilling steaks, hamburgers, bacon, hot sandwiches, etc., it prevents the meat from curling up and efficiently transfers heat.
Features: Its weight allows it to firmly press down during heating. Cast iron is the most common material.
