Stainless Steel (SUS304) Flat Bar

This is a custom-made flat stainless steel bar. I believe the material is SUS304.
The dimensions are 300mm in length, 35mm in width, 6mm in thickness, and it weighs 400g.

I made this myself over 25 years ago for wrist training and knife training.

It was found during a decluttering of my belongings. As I have no plans to use it in the future, I would like to offer it to someone who needs it.

Regarding the condition of the item, as it is made of stainless steel, there is no rust. The flat bar is not bent. There are burn marks and scuffs from the machining process. The corners have been chamfered.

It feels substantial and heavy in your hand, making it suitable for wrist training or as a paperweight. Since it has been drilled, you could also wrap it with paracord yourself for knife training, or use it in other ways depending on your ideas.
