Discontinued Le Toy Van Wooden Dollhouse Sweetheart Cottage

This is a cute house with a base of pale pink and white.
It has two floors plus an attic.
The windows are double-paned and both can be opened and closed.

This is for the main unit only. It does not come with furniture or other accessories. However, it is a discontinued and rare item, and it also comes with the outer box, so you won't have trouble storing it if you don't use it.

There are some minor scuffs and dirt, but overall it appears to have been used sparingly.
Please check the photos for details.

*The item will be shipped disassembled, so please assemble it yourself upon arrival.
There are no instructions, but I was able to assemble it in about 5 minutes by looking at the exterior of the outer box. Please consider the assembly time as a reference only.
