These hardworking and reliable tools, crafted by artisans rooted in the metalworking region of Tsubame-Sanjo, will turn your daily kitchen tasks into enjoyable moments.

These round trays can be used as either trays or plates. For food preparation, they are perfect for holding chopped potatoes and carrots for curry, or for cooling boiled vegetables. For serving meals, they can also be used as cute bread plates for bagels and other items.

The secret to their versatility lies in the finish of the edges. By eliminating the rolled edges where dirt tends to accumulate, these trays achieve both a sophisticated look and ease of cleaning. When used with the separately sold 19cm Basin Sieve, they are perfect for draining boiled vegetables or tofu, draining oil from fried foods, or serving cold noodles directly to the table. You'll experience even greater convenience when using them as a set.
