Purchased new around Summer 2024, used only twice.
Condition: minor scratches, umbrella case is missing, protective film from purchase is still attached.
Unsure if waterproof, manufacturer unknown.
I believe it is in good condition.
The tie strap is Velcro, the handle and tip of the umbrella are wood-tone, and the pattern is printed.
It has a cute tulip pattern.
