Half-Round Soup Strainer, 40cm
Used in a commercial setting, for use with short simmering times. Used approximately once a month, for about 50-60 times. There is some slight dirt where the mesh overlaps, but there are no breaks in the mesh and it is still fully usable.
Can be hung on the rim of stockpots 40cm or larger.
I used it with a 42cm stockpot.
