Corner-Shaped Basket, Domestic Japanese Bamboo [Rarely Produced, Made in Japan Bamboo Basket] Zaru

☆ Made from fresh bamboo (Fukuoka Prefecture), with carefully chamfered splints, this is a beautifully and sturdily woven bamboo sieve.

☆ The rim is secured with a 2mm wide Yamato-style binding.

☆ This Japanese-made bamboo sieve offers excellent water drainage and breathability.
Bamboo sieves are ideal for cooking as they prevent the formation of a water film, drain water very quickly, and are resistant to high temperatures.
They are also safe to use as they are made from natural materials.

☆ Can be used year-round, and its delicate weave is beautiful enough to be displayed as storage. (^^)
