I made this because I had some fabric left over!

Also, I sewed the hem of the skirt with a large fold, so the design naturally makes the wearer look stylish with the skirt's own weight.
The fabric itself is thin, so it's recommended to wear it over other clothes except in summer.
You can wear the hair tie in your hair, or on your arm as a bracelet.^_^
