This is a handmade item.
I made it for my daughter using materials from a 100-yen shop.
Unfortunately, her tastes changed and she no longer wears skirts, so this has never been worn since it was made.
Royal blue ribbon is sewn onto the navy all-over lace waist, and an opening for elastic replacement has been made.
It can be washed in a laundry net.
Size is approximately Kids 150 to Ladies S.
Perfect for layering over shorts, leggings, or mini skirts, or for covering up pilling or stains on bottoms.
