Lined (cotton lawn fabric)
The elastic waistband can be replaced to adjust the size.
This item is being sold because my child has outgrown it.
This gathered skirt was made with plenty of Liberty fabric at my child's request.
There is some fading due to use.
As this is a handmade item by an amateur, there may be fabric snags or uneven stitching.
