【Extremely Rare, Mint Condition】Acaia Cinco 5th Anniversary Limited Edition (Not Released in Japan, Early FW)
299.00 $
Description
This is the limited edition Cinco model from Acaia's 5th anniversary, sought after by espresso enthusiasts and collectors worldwide.
This unit was only sold through limited overseas channels at the time and was never officially released in Japan, making it a legendary model. I personally imported it after purchasing it new in November 2018, by requesting assistance from the official website's support team.
[Rarity and Value of this Product]
In specialized communities such as the US Home-Barista and Reddit, this model is still traded as a legendary item for around $350-$500 due to its size and precision (0.01g increments).
The initial firmware (v1.0.0012) has not been updated since purchase, so it remains in a state close to its original condition, including the internal system. As shown in the photos.
It features a full aluminum body, measuring 6.5cm square, slightly smaller than the current Lunar model. With a maximum capacity of 500g, it boasts ultra-high precision of 0.01g increments, comparable to laboratory equipment.
[Condition and Accessories]
Actually, I only realized it was an espresso scale after it arrived, and since the upper limit for coffee use is 500g, I stored it without almost any use.
I believe the condition is very good with no noticeable scratches. Furthermore, a full set with no missing items is rarely available on markets worldwide.
Cinco scale main unit (full aluminum body)
Dedicated aluminum travel case
100g calibration weight
5th Anniversary Limited Edition Pin Badge (unopened)
Micro USB cable
Operation has been confirmed, including power, weighing, and Bluetooth connectivity.
The manual is available on the official website, but it is for FW1.0.0017, so you will need to do some research yourself, such as confirming with official support.
While I believe the condition is good, it is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such things.
No claims or returns, please.
