We will clearly explain the correct usage and frequently asked questions based on the official Medi QttO website and other sources.
Correct Wearing Procedure: The key is to gradually pull up the fabric without stretching it excessively.
Insert Toes: Gather the socks and insert your toes all the way to the tip.
Align Heel: Pull up to the ankle and accurately align the heel.
Align Knee: Adjust so that the differentiated knit section is at your knee, and thoroughly smooth out any wrinkles behind the knee.
Pull Up to Thigh: Stretch straight up to your thigh, ensuring there are no wrinkles or sagging.
Wearing Precautions: Wear just before sleeping: Wear before going to bed and remove immediately upon waking in the morning.
Do not fold the fabric: Use the top elastic band as is, without folding it down.
Avoid layering: Wearing items that do not fit or layering two pairs is prohibited as it can lead to poor blood circulation.
Break-in period: If using for the first time, we recommend wearing them 1-2 hours before sleep to check if they are too tight.

Comfortable fit with a pleasant compression design.
