When the SOS button is pressed, the receiver will sound an alert, and a notification will be sent to the registered smartphone app simultaneously.
The receiver is powered by AC via a USB port. A USB-AC adapter is not included.
The receiver connects to WiFi to work with the smartphone app.

The small white circle at the bottom left of the second photo is a hook for hanging the receiver on the wall. It is designed to be attached to the wall with adhesive tape, but this hook is unused.
