This is a set of a black dress and jacket featuring a ribbon design at the waist.

The ribbon at the waist of the dress is a brooch and can be removed.
The jacket has hooks around the waist area for closure.

Purchased about 20 years ago at a local department store.
Worn a few times and kept in the closet, so I'm listing it for sale.
