New, unused sash energy-saving sunshade roll screen, blackout and heat shielding measures, set of 2

This is a sunshade that hangs on the outside of window sashes like a sudare (bamboo screen). I bought it for blocking the afternoon sun, but it has been stored unused.

Set of 2 sunshades, size 90 x 180 cm
Manufactured by Cogit Inc.

Aluminum-coated for UV blocking, with a shading rate of 80-90%.
Features excellent ventilation due to the gaps between the thin aluminum strips.
The included elastic cord allows you to roll up the shade to your desired length and secure it.
You can tie the elastic cord to a block or window frame to prevent the shade from flapping.
The 4-layer structure ensures durability and can also be used for privacy screening.
After use, it folds in half for compact storage, making it easy to put away.

This item is a bit older, but upon checking, similar products with comparable features currently sell for around 6,000 to 9,000 yen per piece. (See the last reference photo)

How about using this for protection against the hot summer sun?
