This is a French antique porcelain ceiling cover (rosette/canopy).
It's a part used when installing lighting fixtures on ceilings or walls to hide the wiring and create a beautiful appearance. The lighting cord or chain is passed through the central hole, and the part is fixed to the ceiling or wall by passing screws through the two holes on the sides. I believe it is in good condition. Please refer to the images for minor chips. The porcelain color is white. It is from the early 1900s, with a slightly grayish white hue. It has a nice sheen and a lovely lotus-like motif. Diameter 6.3cm, cord hole approximately 7mm.
