3D Realistic Specimen Display: Spiny Crab (Kurigani) from Mutsu Bay, Aomori Prefecture, in a Glass Case

This item is a realistic, three-dimensional specimen of a male spiny red crab (Toge Kurigani) and red crab (Kurigani), caught by fishermen in Mutsu Bay, Aomori Prefecture. It is presented in a glass display case, perfect for collection or interior decoration. The crab has been thoroughly boiled, preserved, and then repeatedly dried outdoors in a net for about a month. Finally, it has been finished with techniques such as pouring and brushing with varnish and resin, a process that requires significant time and effort. As a result, the specimen offers a highly realistic and three-dimensional representation of the crab's limbs and carapace, making it an excellent collectible. The approximate dimensions of the interior display case are: width 22 cm, depth 12.5 cm, and height 10 cm. Please note that the glass display case cannot be opened.
