This is a light blue hairband from Naris Cosmetics.
It might have been a novelty item. I think it has a soft feel with a gentle hold. The ribbon seems a bit misshapen.
Although it hasn't been used much, it's an older item purchased quite some time ago. There are some loose threads. I soaked it in a gentle stain remover and washed it. I believe the stains have come out, but there might be some I missed. Please understand that this is a used item.
