Description
This is a handmade base and bottom board for a tiered beehive designed for Japanese honeybees, suitable for 290mm hives.
The tiered hive base is square with outer dimensions ranging from 275mm to 290mm.
The height of the base is approximately 250mm.
The entrance holes are 7mm and are located on all four sides.
The bottom board is 12mm thick, approximately 295mm wide, and approximately 350mm long.
The mesh size of the Tricarbonet netting is 6mm.
It is made of iron and has been treated with a red anti-rust primer and a matte black topcoat for rust prevention.
