It appears to be currently sold for over 3000 yen. I purchased it when I was attending the school.
When placed under a bread mat, it prevents the bread mat from slipping, allowing for smoother dough dividing, rounding, and shaping.
It's a very useful item for anyone who enjoys baking bread.
As it has been stored for a long time, the bag is dirty. However, upon opening it to check the size, I found no dirt on the mat itself.
It is sold folded, so there are some creases and indentations.
If you store it rolled up after use, rather than folded, the creases and indentations should gradually disappear. Also, due to the nature of the material, it may feel slightly sticky at first, but this should fade with use.
