【Product Description】
Large Storage Shed / Warehouse
Made in Japan (Warranty and instruction manual are included, though expired.
Used for over 20 years, but still believed to be usable. I would like to continue using it, but I am reluctantly removing it to clear the current space. Therefore, it will be sold as-is.

【Product Condition】
* There is a dent from an elderly person hitting it with a car. It requires a slight resistance to open the door, but it was not an issue for me. There are scuffs, minor scratches, localized fading, and rust.
* 2 keys included (including a spare).
* The interior will be emptied before handover. There are no internal shelves.
The interior is relatively clean, I believe. I used newspapers on top of the floorboards. It's currently being emptied, so it's not a pretty sight. Large stepladders and other items fit well inside.

2. **Disassembly and Transport by Purchaser:** We cannot lend tools or assist with disassembly. Please come prepared with your own tools, vehicle, and personnel for disassembly and loading.
It will need to be disassembled to be carried out under the corrugated roof of the実家 (parents' home) (Photo 13 / narrow passage approx. 196cm wide, lowest height approx. 240cm).
★ Upon further reflection, if you have an extra person and two dollies, it might be possible to transport it onto a truck without disassembling it, by passing it under the corrugated roof.
3. **Disclaimer:** We are not responsible for any injuries, damage to vehicles or buildings, accidents, etc., that may occur during disassembly or transport. Please work with safety in mind.
4. **No Returns:** Cancellations after inspection at the site, or complaints and returns after handover, are not accepted.
