We've created a festive cookie cutter featuring three balloons tied together.
The handles of the balloons tend to be thin, so we've made the outer frame thicker to prevent breakage, as long as it doesn't look unnatural in the design.

The back of the stamp cookie cutter has a knob to make it easier to separate the dough from the stamp after stamping.
The knob is wide enough to be easily handled by those with large hands or by small children who are not yet adept at using their fingers.

? When using the stamp, dusting with flour will help the dough and stamp separate easily.
? For clean shapes and patterns, use the cutter and stamp when the dough is well chilled.
? To prevent the dough from puffing up too much, use only egg yolks and mix them in without incorporating air.
? We recommend a dough thickness of 5mm.
? Using Silpat will help maintain the shape and result in a crisp finish.
