Position changing cushion, removable cover with zipper, minor scratches

Purchased in December 2025 as instructed by the hospital.
I took it to the hospital, but it was not used at all and about 10 days have passed.
When I brought it home and removed the cover to wash it, it became slightly wrinkled.
There are some scratches on the cover, but these were present from the time of purchase.
Although it is unused, the urethane inside has yellowed due to sunlight from the window as it was kept at the hospital.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
