Description
This is a set of tools for making flower cupcakes and piping flowers. (Sold as a set only, not sold individually. Trays are not included.)
Purchased several years ago from classes taught by Ms. Mayumi Gamble of the Japan Cupcake Academy and Ms. Kiyomi Nagashima of Sakura Bloom Sweets.
Although the items are unused, as they are stainless steel products, they are prone to scratches, and some scuffs and minor scratches due to age may be visible.

Some piping tips may not have clearly marked numbers, or the numbers may be illegible. The numbers indicated may also be incorrect. Please prioritize the photos of the piping tips.
As I often use different colored creams, I have multiple copies of frequently used piping tips.

☆ Piping Tip Couplers are convenient baking tools that securely attach piping bags and tips, allowing you to change tips without soiling the contents of the bag. To use, simply cut the tip of the bag and tighten the tip from the outside with the ring (nut). This prevents cream from leaking and is very efficient when using multiple piping tips.
☆ This baking tool is called a Flower Lifter (or Flower Lifter Scissors).
Its main purpose is to transfer flower decorations made with buttercream or icing on a base called a flower nail, onto a cake or cupcake without collapsing them.
☆ Flower Nails are used to pipe cream flowers (like roses) for cake decoration, using this as a base. It is convenient for creating petals one by one while rotating the stem with your finger and using the piping tip.
