This is Lutron's Credenza dimmer for stand lamps.
Simply plug it in between the power plug of your incandescent fixture and the outlet to control the brightness.
This product is now discontinued.

Comes with the main unit only.
We do not currently own an incandescent fixture, so the operation has not been confirmed. However, it was working when last used (over 10 years ago).
It was used to adjust the brightness of a floor lamp.
Visually, the controller shows noticeable scratches, and the power plug is slightly bent.

The cord length is 1.8m.
