I purchased this from Yoshiyo Kobo's catalog a long time ago with the intention of making Danish pastries at home, but I never used it and it has been stored for a long time.
It is new and unused, but as you can see in the photos, the bag has tears and other damage due to age.
I would be happy if someone who is opening a bakery or using it at home could use it.
This is a professional-grade item, so compared to cheaper pie rollers, it is solidly built with sharp blades and is very easy to handle.
The blade diameter is 4.5 cm and the width when opened is 48.4 cm.
Stainless steel.
Since it is new, I have not opened the bag, but it is used as shown in photo 7 (for reference).
