These are tools that my family acquired at a confectionery school.
A 2-piece set of a torte cutter and a scraper for confectionery use. Made in Japan.
Used for about 1 year. 1970s.
The torte cutter is a traditional tool with a pointed tip used to mark a cake for even slicing.
Since round cutters are more common nowadays,
this comb-shaped type is rare and often appears in overseas auctions.
The wooden handle has a nice atmosphere.
