The tires still have significant tread remaining.
There are no major dents or distortions, but as this is a used item, please understand that there may be scratches from normal use and age-related deterioration.
Some rust on the handrim fixing bolts should be removable with polish like Pikal.
This is a used item sold as-is, so please judge the other fine details from the images.

If you require shafts, please comment and I can include generic shafts for an additional ￥10,000.
