Notes)
1. Although debarking has been done, it may not be complete, so please understand that the water may become cloudy at first.
2. If placing in water, please take measures to prevent it from floating.
3. When keeping aquatic life, please do not use metal weights.
4. The color of the driftwood will change over time, so please be aware of this in advance.
5. Driftwood is an organic material and can decay, so please purchase with understanding.

[Debarking Method]
1. Boiling in a pot
Boil the driftwood in a pot for about 1 hour, then soak it in fresh water for 2-3 days to allow it to settle.

2. Using a debarking agent
Use a commercially available debarking agent (such as baking soda). Soak the driftwood in water with the debarking agent for several days, then soak it in fresh water for several more days.

3. Soaking in water
The simplest method is to soak the driftwood in fresh water for several months, changing the water occasionally, but this takes time. At least one month is necessary. The guideline is until the water discoloration almost disappears.
