This is a set of 2 stainless steel scrapers for confectionery making, made by Kai.
The handle has a large space, allowing even those with large hands to grip and handle it firmly.
With a blade, it can cut through sticky dough such as bread dough that tends to stick together.
Also useful for cutting butter and handling soft dough.
These are new and unused, but have been stored for a long time, so please excuse any scratches or remaining cellophane tape.
(Please remove remaining tape with a melamine sponge before use.)
